1. Service agreement

This agreement is made between you (the client) and DigitalAds UK (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “our”). By agreeing to this document, you agree to the following terms.

2. Our offers

We create or update your existing website. Provide Google Business Profile optimization to make you visible on Google Maps and Google Search in your local area. Besides this, we are able to administrate your social medias and edit short-form videos for your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts.

3. Scope of services

• Google Business Profile audit and optimization

• Optional website build with SEO

• Social media accounts administration

• Short-form content video editing

• Competitive analysis and clear positioning in the local market

• Ongoing support, optimization and adjustments

4. What we need from you?

We need access to your Google Business Profile and your website. If it is a website building services, we will also require you to give us access to the existing domain to connect a new or redesigned website. If we provide social media administration or video editing services for you, we will ask you to provide the content or the account access to your socials. Of course, we will notify you before making any major changes. Once payment is completed, we will send you detailed instructions on how to provide us with secure access to everything we need.

5. Exclusivity

During our collaboration, we commit to not serving any other businesses from your industry in the same target area.

6. Next steps

After agreement and signing, you will receive an invoice with the above-mentioned price.
